About The Event
In this workshop you will learn how to safely unlock your hips, mid-back and shoulders. You don’t have to be a seasoned yogi to participate in this workshop, all individuals looking to deepen their practice and learn more about the wheel can join. We will supply you with all the tools necessary to incorporate the Dharma Yoga Wheel into your practice. We hope you join our mission in opening hearts one wheel at a time!
Open to ANYONE no teaching background required.
About The Yoga Wheel
The original Dharma Yoga Wheel is the first prop ever created and used for deepening your back bends and gaining flexibility with ease. This prop targets the most difficult regions in the body to stretch, including the shoulders, thoracic and hip-flexors. Rolling on the wheel for five minutes WILL FEEL equivalent to taking an hour long yoga class.
