Silent Practices are intended for students with a regular yoga practice that want a deeper, more personal and meditative experience. There is a class leader that calls each posture, however there is very little verbal instruction or assists. Students are expected to know basic postures, alignment principles and variations to suit their own needs. We recommend attending at least 10 led yoga classes before attending silent practices.
